Meet the Regional Director of Clinical Services and Expansion

Amy Ginnavan, LCSW-C, LCADC

Amy was the owner of Seaside Counseling & Wellness Center which was established in Fall 2012. Amy graduated from Salisbury University in 2004 with a MSW degree. She returned to school in 2010 to study Addictions Counseling & received her Licensed Clinical Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LCADC) License in September 2011. Amy is a MD Board of SOWK approved Supervisor. Amy has worked with adults, families, and children for over 20 years using individual, group, couples, family, & co-occurring therapies. She works with a wide range of Mental Health & Substance Abuse disorders. Amy is an adjunct professor at Salisbury University in the School of Social Work. Amy also creates and presents continuing education workshops on a wide range of topics for state and local agencies.

Debra Dotson, MSW, LCSW-C

Debra Dotson, DSW, LCSW-C

Dr. Debra Dotson is an Assistant Professor for the Bachelor of Social Work, GuidedPath program at Capella University and a part-time therapist at Seaside Counseling & Wellness Center. Debra received her Doctor of Social Work degree from the Kent School of Social Work and Family Science at the University of Louisville in 2024, and her research focuses on Secondary Traumatic Stress (STS). Debra is a certified clinical social worker in Maryland, South Carolina, and Minnesota, as well as a MD Board of Social Work approved supervisor. Debra's experiences over the past 22 years have spanned higher education, private practice, non-profit, and social service systems. Debra has facilitated over 25 Continuing Education Workshops for mental health professionals, and she brings a rich and balanced perspective to both her teaching and therapy practices.

Kimberly Fogle, LCSW-C, APHSW-C

Kim is a clinical social worker who earned her master’s degree from the University of Maryland School of Social Work in Baltimore. Kim has an extensive background in medical social work including palliative care and hospice. Kim has worked with individuals and families trying to cope with serious medical illness, caregiver fatigue, loss and grief. Kim draws upon over thirty years of experience and she utilizes a variety of therapeutic techniques to help individuals overcome life's challenges and achieve a greater sense of peace and well being. Kim sees clients in the Berlin location.

Robert "Wayne" Realini, LCPC

Robert “Wayne” Realini has been working in the mental health and substance abuse field since July 2002. He started in Naples, FL at The David Lawrence Center as a Behavior Health Tech. From 2011-2012, Wayne served in a monastery in Conyers, GA. In 2012 he came back to the Eastern Shore where he has worked for the ACT Team at the Lower Shore Clinic, as an advocate at Go Getters, and at Eastern Shore Mobile Crisis. Wayne graduated with a Master's Degree in counseling from UMES in 2018 and obtained his LCPC license in October 2021. Wayne is EMDR Certified through the EMDR Institute. Wayne uses a wide range of techniques including CBT, client centered therapy, mindfulness, DBT, spiritual counseling techniques, and incorporates folklore and mythology into sessions. Wayne has a Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction certification from UMass, Clinical Trauma Professional certification from ITTI, and a certification from The Power of Awareness with Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. Wayne sees clients in the Berlin and Salisbury locations.

Kaitlyn Kimball, LCSW-C

Kaitlyn Kimball LCSW-C, a proud graduate of Salisbury University, provides person-centered care and employing modalities such as CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and exposure therapy.

Her work primarily focuses on:

  • Individuals, groups, and families of all ages and backgrounds
  • Children and adolescents.

Her compassionate approach helps clients find balance, healing, and confidence during life’s most challenging seasons. Kaitlyn is currently accepting new clients for in-person and telehealth sessions at Seaside!

Lindsay Ray, LMSW

Lindsay is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who earned her degree from Salisbury University in Spring 2025. She brings experience working with children, teenagers, and young adults across diverse settings, including mental health and disability services.  Lindsay takes a person-centered approach to therapy, using a variety of techniques to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and encouraged in their growth. She supports young people in exploring their unique strengths and navigating personal challenges with compassion and care. Lindsay is available for in office sessions or school-based sessions in some of our elementary schools in Salisbury, MD.

Letasha Harmon, LMSW

Letasha is a licensed master's social worker who obtained her master’s degree from Salisbury University in 2020. I am currently enrolled at Morgan State University, pursuing my Doctorate in Social Work, with my research focusing on a cross-cultural analysis of Perinatal Mental Health in Black Men. I have experience working with individuals of the BIPOC community, adolescents, and young adults, wanting to overcome depression, anxiety, PPD, self-esteem, and other life transitions. I offer a holistic approach that honors the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. My practice is grounded in cultural humility and anti-oppressive frameworks, offering a safe and affirming space for clients navigating the complexities of identity, trauma, and healing.

Jasmine Anthony, LMSW

Jasmine Anthony joined Maryland Wellness in 2025 and brings a warm, affirming presence to her work with teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and borderline personality disorder. She also provides an inclusive space for LGBTQAI+ clients to explore their experiences and strengthen self-understanding. Jasmine believes that therapy is a relationship built on trust and connection. Guided by this value, she helps clients feel seen, supported, and empowered to grow at their own pace. Her approach blends trauma-informed care with Strengths-Based Therapy, CBT, DBT, and Mindfulness, always centered on each person’s unique story and goals. Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys watching horror movies, exploring fashion, and spending time with her three cats. Her favorite color is pink—and though she can’t ride a bike, she fully embraces life’s balance in her own way.

Millie Watkins, LMSW
Millie is a therapist at Maryland Wellness, working with adults and adolescents, especially clients who are LGBT and neurodivergent. She uses a humanistic, client-centered approach with CBT, DBT, and solution-focused methods. A newly licensed clinician, Millie is inspired by human connection and the hope she sees in clients’ growth. She enjoys celebrating even small steps forward and learning from each person’s unique perspective. Outside of work, she enjoys arts & crafts, baking, games, and spending time with her cats.
